We are sorry to have no smell interception trap for domestic bathtubs yet.We have no trap for bathtubs because the drainage hole is too small and, even though it is installed, drainage is not smooth.

Isn`t there any function of filtering hairs?

No, there isn`t any.The main purpose of our smell zero trap is to intercept odors, so there is no function of filtering hairs.However, filtering hairs is the major function of a square strainer, so most of the long hairs are filtered via the square strainer in the first place, and small foreign substances are discharged together with the water discharged.When cleaning your bathroom, remove our trap as well, wash it in flowing water, and then install it again for use.

How can I remove the plating guide?

Put the flat part on the floor and push the ball hard with hands, then the ball will be removed sounding "tuk". And, cut the white auxiliary guide according to the drain size, and install it.

Can I buy the silicon only?

No. Our product is a low-price product, so you cannot buy the silicon only separately.

Smells come up even though a trap was installed.

Even though you installed this product at the drainage hole, our country`s buildings have piping connected as one. Therefore, even though the drainage hole was blocked, smells come out through the holes at the wash basin, ventilator and bathtub. So, if smells continue to come up, block the other side as well for perfect interception. If it is not long since interior work finished, we recommend you to check the screw at the bottom of the toilet bowl.

How should I remove the trap from the existing drain?

The types of drain traps are different by maker, but for most of the drain traps, you can remove it by turning it counterclockwise.

Doesn`t water flow down if hairs or foreign substances stick into it?

Water doesn`t not drain due to hairs, etc. Our product has a little difference depending on how you use it, and the SMZ smell zero works vertically around the center axis and cannot work due to foreign substances sticking between the products, so we recommend you to clean it periodically.

How much is the lifespan?

It is different depending on use environments, but you may assume that it is 2 years on average.

Is there no problem even if much water flows down at a time ?

Our trap ball has no problem even if much water flows down. There is a little difference in water flows depending on the pressure on the spring of the center axis and the flow of fluids. In addition, this has better water flow than the existing traps.

Is it possible to buy an auxiliary guide additionally?

Yes, you can buy it. Call the customer center for consultation.

Don`t smells come up even though silicon is not applied?

Yes, smells don`t come up.Even the KTL test method saw an effective result of odor interception by performing a test with silicon not applied.(See the detailed page)

There is a message that we should not use silicon, but why is it?

There is no problem in product functions even though you use silicon, but we recommend you to replace the product once per 2~3 years.In addition, when cleaning the bathroom, remove the trap and wash it in flowing water to maintain it longer, so refer to this.

What should I do if the ball is detached?

The SMZ smell zero is a product having passed 100 thousand times of fatigue tests, so the ball is not detached unless strongly pulled arbitrarily. However, if any fault is found within 7 days after you buy the product, then you can return it and receive an exchange.

Water doesn`t drain faster than before using a trap.

You may think that water doesn`t drain as much as you want because the plated product is strongly adhered to the silicon at first.Move the trap up / down,install it, and then use it.

What size should I buy?

Korea has no exact specification for drains, so the shape and size of drains are different depending on the drain makers.Remove the square strainer, measure the inner diameter of the circular hole, and buy a size according to its size.

Our country`s hose specifications and connection part screw pitches are not standardized to raise the probability that it will be not adjusted when a hose is put into inside, so we connected the hose to the outside after a study.

What should I do if water leak little by little without adjustment even though I bought a S45/SD501?

It seems that dehydration is not well done.

According to a result by the Korea Testing & Research Institute(KTR), the touch win shows 600 rotations by pushing it once and 12% dehydration rate by pushing it five times. The manual dehydrator doesn`t perform dehydration as much as an electric dehydrator due to its characteristics, but this product shows the highest effect when it comes to a manual dehydration rate.

The material of our drains is SUS304, which is a representative austenite stainless steel, called a 18-8 steel, to be outstanding in chemical resistance and heat resistance, being used for treatment water tanks.The SUS304 is a steel mainly containing Ni 8~11% and Cr 18~20%.In addition, the stainless steel is a metal hard to rust, not a non-rusting metal.This is an alloy steel with complicated components containing a bit of carbon, nickel, silicon, manganese, molybdenum, etc.However, it can rust depending on external environments with residuals such as chemicals(hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, bleach), drain detergent, sewage, and food waste kitchen detergent.

Isn`t there any trench type?

We don`t seal trench types of drains.

What is the difference from the existing sealing water drains?

I bought a drain, but what is the sticker inside it?
